Armando Sadiku Signs for Legia!

Legia Warsaw confirms the signing of striker Armando Sadiku from FC Zurich on a permanent deal. Albanian national team player put pen to paper on a three-year deal. Welcome to Legia!

Sadiku was born on May 27, 1991 in Elbasan. He stared career of his boyhood club Turbina Cerrik and later made his professional debut in the Albanian First Division. In 2011 Sadiku beacame a player of Locarno. He spent most of his football career in numerous Swiss clubs like FC Zurich, FC Vaduz and FC Lugano. Our new striker scored 88 goals there, notably being the topgoalscorer in 2012-2013 in Swiss Challenge League. 



What is also important, Sadiku is a player of Albanian national team (27 matches, 9 goals). He made his debut in 2012 and was part of UEFA Euro 2016 squad, where he scored a goal in match against Romania. 


- I'm happy to join Legia, because it's a big club. I think it's good step in my career. I want to give myself everything for a team and win all possible trophies in the new season - said Sadiku after signing the contract.
