Dariusz Mioduski is the CEO of Radwan Investments, his “family office” investment holding company. Radwan Investments focuses on creating deals and investment opportunities particularly in the areas of infrastructure, IT services and hi-tech.
In years 2007-2013 he was the CEO and President of the Board of Kulczyk Investments, the largest private investment house in Poland. Between 1997-2007 he was a Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in London and between 1991-1997 he was an associate in the New York and Warsaw offices of White & Case and Vinson & Elkins office in Houston.
Dariusz Mioduski is a member of the Executive Board of ECA - European Club Association representing the interests of Europe’s biggest football clubs, the Vice President of the Polish Business Roundtable and the Board Member of the Harvard Law School Dean’s Advisory Board. He also serves as a member of a Management or Supervisory Boards’ of companies associated with his investment activities.
Dariusz Mioduski holds Juris Doctor degree (1990) from Harvard Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree (1987) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
Jarosław Jankowski is the owner of several companies in real estate and interior design sectors, as well as start-up projects.
He has graduated from the University of Warsaw and from the Koźminski University. He has also graduated from post graduate Managerial Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is qualified to serve as supervisory board members of the Polish State Treasury companies. He has also obtained a “Sport Manager” post graduate diploma at the Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
For the last 8 years, he has been the CEO of the Waryński S.A. Holding Group, which is the official sponsor of Legia Warsaw Basketball Club. Formerly, he was a Board Member of Polfa and a Director in Towarzystwo Budownictwa Spolecznego Bemowo Sp. z o.o.
