Ariel Borysiuk is coming back to Legia!
“Borys” - with the attendance of Vice-Chairman of Legia’s Board, Jakub Szumielewicz - signed his contract which is active until the 30th of June 2019, with the option of a year-long extension. For Ariel, it’s his second journey with Legia. Borysiuk played at Łazienkowska in 2007 - 2011. So far he has played 132 matches for Legia, in which he has scored 4 goals. His greatest successes are three Polish Cups and one Supercup.

Borysiuk took his first steps in football with the TOP 54 Biała Podlaska side, before he came to Warsaw in 2007. After four years at Łazienkowska, he became a player for FC Kaiserslautern. In Spring 2014, he was loaned to FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod, and at the start of the last season, he strengthened Lechia Gdańsk’s squad, with whom he played until now.
Borysiuk is also a player for the Polish national side. With the eagle on his heart, he has played eleven matches. Recently - in November 2015, against the Czech’s in Wrocław. He is one of the main candidates for the EURO 2016 team.
