Legia 4-1 Śląsk

In the matchday 23 of LOTTO Ekstraklasa Legia defeted 4-1 Śląsk Wrocław thanks to a hattrick from Kasper Hamalainen and one goal from Jarosław Niezgoda. Legia is now at the top of the league five points ahead of Jagiellonia.

Legia got back on Ł3 with a great form. From the very first minute the Legionnaires was a better team. Kasper Hamalainen scored three goals in ten minutes. The first one was after good combination between Legia's players and fantastic assist from Eduardo da Silva. Rest of Hamalainen's goals are the consequences of Śląsk defeneders' mistakes. Jarosław Niezgoda scored after individual action at the end of the phenomenal first half for Legia.


In the second half Romeo Jozak's players didn't play so well because of the comfort result. Miroslav Radović entered on the pitch at Ł3 after a one-year break. Marko Vesović also made his debut in Legia. The champions of Poland are now first. Next matchday, Legia will play against Cracovia, away, on Saturday, February 24th, 8:30 pm CET.
