Legia signed Mikołaj Kwietniewski

Mikołaj Kwietniewski, Polish national team U19 player and one of the most talented players of the young generation, after passing medical signed a 3,5-year contract with Legia Warsaw. Mikołaj will join the team at a training camp in Spanish Benidorm on Friday

Kwietniewski is a great talent. In the 2017/18 season he played 13 matches and scored two goals for Fulham FC. Offensive midfielder  moved to London from Kielce Kielce at the age of 14, when at one of the tournaments he was noticed by the scouts of the Fulham FC academy. He had overcome the next levels of development for four years. He joined the U23 team at the age of 18. 

 

"Our scouting department characterized Nicholas as a very talented young player and when the opportunity of signing came to us, we used it. He has been training and developing in the very good Fulham academy for the last years. His transfer to Legia is part of our plan to invest in the future that we announced. Nicholas will have time to adapt to the club, because we think about him in the long term, but we hope that in the future he will become an important, stable player of the first team" said club technical director Ivan Kepcija.

 

After a positive pass medical, Mikołaj Kwietniewski signed a 3.5-year contract with Legia Warszawa. He will play with a number 17.
