Chairman of the Supervisory Board Bogusław Leśnodorski was born in 1975 in Warsaw. He graduated from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration. He also finished legal training as an articled clerk (in 2004) and graduated MBA studies at the IESE Business School – Advanced Management.
Managing partner and co-founder of law firm LSW, which he has been associated with since the beginning of his career. He specialises in corporate, investment and privatisation processes and has worked for companies connected with heavy engineering, primary industry, construction and real estate, as well as the media and telecommunications. Leśnodorski was a member of Supervisory Boards at many companies, e.g. Kompania Węglowa S.A., Stalexport S.A., Index Copernicus International S.A., Black Lion NFI S.A. and Ferrum S.A. Aside from the Polish market, he also knows the law and economics system of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Bogusław Leśnodorski is a member of Polish Business Council.
He is also well known for his love extreme sports, such as extreme skiing, motocross or skijet.

An active investor in the commercial buildings trade in Poland. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Dekada S.A., present in the Polish real estate market since 2007, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Budlex S.A.
From 2005 to 2016 he was managing partner and shareholder at Capital Park S.A., which invests own resources and fund resources on the basis of private equity. Within funds Capital Park I and Capital Park II the Co created one of the biggest real estate portfolios in the Polish market, the value of which systematically grows. From 1996 to 2006 Jerzy Kowalski was a member of management board and shareholder of Kinoplex, a Co managing a chain of multiplexes in Poland.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
He is a member of the Polish Business Council.

She has been actively engaged in work for various non-profit organizations. She has founded the Artistic Vitamin Foundation which has promoted Polish artists in USA. She has cooperated with the Poland-Haiti Foundation by organization a charitable concert for earthquake victims. She was a member of the Board of Trustees and the Governance Committee of the American School of Warsaw. For many years she was a Member of the Board of “Nasza Fundacja” foundation, which has built and supported a new and modern orphanage house in area of Jaroslaw.
