1. Providing personal data exceeding the scope of personal data required by Legia Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Legia") for actions taken prior to concluding a contract constitutes CONSENT to the processing of such additional personal data for the purposes of the given recruitment. If the documents contain data referred to in Art. 9(1) GDPR (special categories of data), your explicit consent will be required for their processing (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.

2. If you wish your data to be processed by Legia for future recruitment processes as well, please indicate this clearly, e.g. by attaching the following statement: "I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents by Legia Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-449 Warsaw, for the purposes of future recruitment processes."

3. You may easily withdraw either of the consents above (the consent from point 1 and point 2) at any time. To do so you may send an e-mail to daneosobowe@Legia.pl or a letter to: Legia Warszawa S.A., ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-449 Warsaw. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

4. The controller of your personal data contained in the application is Legia Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-449 Warsaw. We will process your personal data in order to carry out the recruitment process for the position to which you are applying, to conduct future recruitment (if you give your consent) and for the possible establishment, pursuit or defence of claims. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to request access to it, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to request its transfer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it.
