Dariusz Mioduski
Owner and Chairman
Chairman of the Board of Legia Warszawa and owner of 100 percent of the Club’s shares, he is an investor and entrepreneur with extensive management, transactional and regulatory experience. He has led many international projects in natural resources, energy, infrastructure and high technology.
From 1997 to 2007 Dariusz Mioduski was a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in London, and from 1991 to 1997 he worked in the New York and Warsaw offices of White & Case, as well as at Vinson & Elkins in Houston. Between 2007 and 2013 he ran Kulczyk Investments S.A., the largest capital group in Poland.
Dariusz Mioduski is Vice-Chairman of European Football Clubs (EFC), which brings together Europe’s leading football clubs, a member of the UEFA Club Competitions Committee, and a member of the Harvard Law School Dean’s Advisory Board. He also sits on the boards of companies linked to the investment activity of his Radwan Investments. Since 2025 he has also served as Vice-President of the Polish Football Association for foreign affairs.
Dariusz Mioduski holds a doctorate in law from Harvard University and a degree from St Thomas University in Houston.
