Providing personal data exceeding the scope of personal data required by Legia Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Legia") for actions taken prior to concluding a contract constitutes CONSENT to the processing of such additional personal data for the purposes of the given recruitment. If the documents contain data referred to in Art. 9(1) GDPR (special categories of data), your explicit consent will be required for their processing (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
